Basement level allows the kids or additional families to have their own spot. The main area has 2 additional sofa sleepers and a bunk room with two twin over full bunk beds for an ability to sleep up to 10. The lower level also has bathroom with shower and a patio door with access the lakeshore.
Down the stairs to the lake and you will find a 32' "L" shaped dock with plenty of room to fish off (yes you can catch fish right off the dock) and dock up to two boats.
Situated on one Vilas Counties best fishing lakes. "Little Arb" consists 532 acres of Class A Muskie waters with tremendous fishing for Walleye, Perch, Bluegill, Bass, and Northern. For the summer months there are hundreds of miles of ATV trails and bike trails within minutes. In the winter time the snowmobile trail comes right across the lake so no need to trailer to the trail. There are also many opportunities close by for XCC skiing and snow shoeing.
All this and still only five minutes from Minocqua!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
